Well its early morning on March 24th 2008 and mum and Auntie Tereasa are loading up the car. I knew I was going to flyball because mum got my blue harness out of the draw. I always get so excited when I see that harness, that I tend to spin and race around the house, but mum does not mindbecause she loves me. Anyway way we get into the car and we go on a long drive. Mum tells me we are going to Tai Lawr. I don't have clue what she is on about so I snugglle down oon the backseat and enjoy the ride.

So we arrive arrive at the place and, WOO HOO! It's flyball ! Well that is it I am spinning on the back seat because I know where I am.

My usual job at thease flyball shows is to cheer all my team mates on, but guess what.... I am racing today !! Yeah thats right I'm racing today. My Auntie Margaret told mum that I am getting better at flyball now and that I should have a go at racing with my team mates. Mum is racing my mate Brownie too, sdo blimey she is going to be tired

tonight.

Well the time comes for usd to race and ohh I am soooo excited, Brownie is coming to. Auntie Teresa helps by holding Brownie and me. Ok, we are lined up ready to race, and I am trying not to watch the dogs on the other side of the lane, but it is hard you know, so mum reminds me and tells me no. Uncle Steve is shouting my name and I can't wait to run up and grab that ball and run qas fast as I can back to mum. The lights change and mumlets go of me and off go, all the time I am saying I'm coming uncle Steve, gonna get the ball.

Mum shouts me so loud that I race straight back to her. Mum grabs me and pulls me to the back of the ring, because I decided to set myself up ready to go again and get ineveryones way. But everyone is cool about it, they know I am just so excited to be racing.

The next race it is Brownies turn, and she is so good for mum. All mum

says is those amgic words ''READY'' and off she goes. I will get as good as her one day. The next race is my turn but well I get kind of a little to excited I start jumping over the jumps but just have to stop and have a spin on the way. Mum was cool though, she set me up reday to go again and off I went properly tis time. Mum was well chuffed.

Mum races Brownie in the next races and I do my job by barking the team on. Mum tells Aunty Teresa to make sure I have a ball in my mouth though as I cheer to loud.

After all my races it was declared that our team came 1st. Mum was well chuffed and so was all my team mates we were all so excited.

On thw ay home I sleot all the way, I think mum was still on a high though bless her I can't wait for the next competition.
